The website of Timo Weil collects a series of general data and information with each visit. This data is stored in the server log files. Collected may be: the types and versions of browsers used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system reaches our website, the subpages accessed on our website, the date and time of access, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and other similar data and information that serve the purpose of protecting against threats in the event of attacks on our IT systems.

The anonymously collected data and information are analyzed by the operator of our website on the one hand for statistical purposes and, on the other, with the aim of increasing data protection and data security. The anonymous server log file data are stored exclusively on the operator’s server and thus separately from personal data. They are stored only for a limited period and are automatically deleted after the retention period has expired.
